How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● maintaining personnel records in full according to the legislation (80 employees, 1 legal entity): hiring, dismissal, transfer, holidays, sick leave (accompanying documents in 1C ZUP and in paper form); entering data into the state register● maintaining and recording personnel documentation of employees (personal files, employment books, logbooks, etc.)● preparation of data for mandatory statistical reports and submission to the state authorities● generating Excel timesheets for employees with 5-day and shift work schedules● maintaining and preparation of holiday schedules● maintaining the document flow of the legal entity (participation in the development of personnel documentation, control of incoming and outgoing correspondence)● participating in other projects of the department

Challenges for 3 months:

● timely maintenance of the Company’s personnel records● audit and compilation of personnel files for all employees● signing and control of the acceptance certificate for material assets with all employees● complete understanding of the processes within the team and the Company● developing the necessary personnel documentation in cooperation with Finance and Legal Departments

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 2 years of experience in personnel records management
experience of working in a large, structured company (with a staff of 100+ people)
● experience in construction, manufacturing will be an advantage● experience in maintaining personnel records in Mehnat.uz● proficiency in Excel at the level of a confident user● competent command of the Russian and Uzbek languages (oral and written)● knowledge of 1C 8.3 Personnel Accounting will be an advantage● experience in corporate document management will be an advantage

How do you manage your working hours?

● 8-hour working day, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday● cooperation in accordance with the legislation of Uzbekistan

How will you level up your skills in Uklon?

● knowledge sharing among the teams (lectures, trainings, mentorship programs)● attending webinars, lectures with the participation of company speakers, etc.
