How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● improving existing and developing new functionality for the Rider app● generation and validation of hypotheses for product improvement● interaction with the team to ensure that the product meets business requirements and user needs● working with the design system● close cooperation with PO, business analyst, developers, and designers● prototyping and usability testing● conducting qualitative and quantitative research, analysing the results and feedback to ensure an insight into user needs and product requirements● regular sync with other designers

Challenges for three months:

● familiarization with products and processes within the company● independent and high-quality execution of design tasks● formulation of hypotheses for product improvements based on analytical data● adaptation within the team and company

Certainly, we will teach you, but it’s good to have:

● experience working with an existing design system
● understanding of basic product metrics
● experience creating interface animations

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 2+ years of commercial design experience● 1+ year of experience working with mobile applications● experience working with Figma● understanding and experience with Material/HIG guidelines● experience working in a cross-functional team● experience working in Agile processes (Scrum/Kanban)

How do you manage your working hours?

● You determine a convenient time for yourself; However, in order to be efficient, we have business hours from 11:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m.● You choose a convenient format by yourself (office/remotely/mixed), work from any corner of Ukraine and the world● 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with remuneration)● day off on your birthday as a gift from the Company● day off for blood donation
