How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● participating in the development and implementation of the product development strategy to achieve the set KPIs● forming a value proposition for the entrusted products based on the needs of users, using marketing and product communication channels● analysing the competitive environment and making proposals for adjustments to Uklon products to meet competitive challenges● analysing key performance indicators for product development, finding insights for improvement and testing hypotheses with cross-teams● being responsible for the launch of new products or current ones in new cities in accordance with the team's strategy (management of cross-team interaction, leadership in project promotion)● analysing the effectiveness of implemented projects and preparing reports● maintaining marketing budgets for products in the area of responsibility

Challenges for three months:

● familiarise yourself with all available data sources and the process of solving problems● familiarise yourself with the team’s strategy for 2025 and have a fluent understanding of the key business performance metrics for which the team is responsible● analyse the development plans of the entrusted classes in accordance with the strategy and propose hypotheses for more effective achievement of business goals ● implement initiatives aimed at increasing and/or decreasing one of the classes● establish cross-team interaction with other units and departments to achieve the set goals

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 4+ years of experience in Product/Growth/Brand Marketing positions in companies with large-scale projects/brands/campaigns● ability to work with large amounts of data and information● experience with A/B testing or other tools for testing product hypotheses (from finding insights through hypothesis testing to analysing the results) ● experience in successful management of product/marketing project launches, business case development ● high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point, Google Sheets● strong knowledge of marketing, its key metrics and impact on business performance● ability to be proactive in solving problems; to respond quickly to changes, find solutions, and implement them● experience in cross-functional interaction ● high level of responsibility and attention to detail● English Intermediate will be an advantage

How do you manage your working hours?

● Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
