How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● interact and audit with operational departments to handle incoming and outgoing enquiries from drivers and passengers, adhering to the established number of contacts to be audited● develop the quality of the process in which the audit takes place● record and carry out direct feedback, working out errors, both online and offline● average error scores by destination, displaying error details, presenting results on a weekly/monthly basis● output separate KPIs for each type of audited contacts/processes● in reporting explain the reasons for errors, reasons for not achieving KPI targets, what has been and will be done to develop service delivery processes● adapt your workflow depending on the company’s needs

Challenges for three months:

● no difference of more than 5-10% when cross-checking with other Quality Development team colleagues● improve quality CSAT assessment of chats and calls/first order, positive trend should be monitored over a three-month period● create a plan to improve process capture/script adherence and execute the plan by 80%● number of checked cases per month should be in line with the departmental average (+-10%)


Certainly, we will teach you, but it’s good to have:

● experience in Jira/Confluence● English language skills

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 1 year’s experience in a similar or equivalent position● knowledge of different dialects of Uzbek and ability to speak Russian at a high level● high level of analytical skills● ability to work effectively with large amounts of information● skills in dialogue and providing constructive feedback, experience in handling objections● confident skills in Google Workspace (sheets, slides, docx)● experience in creating and delivering reports and presentations to the team and management● ability to communicate information in a structured and concise manner, both verbally and in writing● ability to quickly learn new processes and knowledge of related departments in practice

How do you manage your working hours?

● 8-hour working day, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday● cooperation in accordance with the legislation of Uzbekistan
