How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● ensuring high-quality and timely hiring for both IT and Non-Tech vacancies (Ukraine and other countries)● full cycle recruiting process using standard and non-standard recruitment methods● integrated project approach to work on vacancies● providing a high level of service at all stages of the recruitment process● determining the best ways to search, finding non-standard and effective ways to hire perfect match candidates● building and establishing business contacts in a professional environment to attract the best experts● prompt and high-quality maintenance of the ATS system● research and analysis of labour markets● participation in projects to increase staff loyalty, internal corporate work● participation in other HR projects of the company● participation in the development of the employer's brand in the labour market

Challenges for three months:

● introduction to recruiting processes● recruitment of perfect match candidates in accordance with the agreed deadlines ● prompt and high-quality maintenance of the ATS system● research and analysis of labour markets (if necessary)● ensuring timely recruitment of personnel for the product launch in new countries (if necessary)● search for new and non-standard methods of sourcing and selection

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 3+ years of experience in recruiting both IT and Non-Tech specialists● experience in ensuring a high-quality full cycle of the recruitment process● high level of communication skills● ability to build an effective search strategy and form a recruitment funnel with relevant candidates● skills of successful use of all necessary methods, standard and non-standard tools and resources for searching for specialists● successful mastery of various interview techniques● effective negotiation skills● successful experience in closing niche and complex vacancies● experience of working with different markets (Ukraine, Europe, Central Asian etc.) will be an advantage● result orientation, analytical skills● high level of EQ● Upper-Intermediate level of English

How do you manage your working hours?

● Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
