How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● develop and implement an event plan to help achieve the company’s communication and reputation goals● organise external events from A-Z (Uklon’s own events, participation of the company as a partner or sponsor, events in collaboration with the community, associations, etc.)● ensure the effective use of event management as an opportunity to achieve various company/department goals (brand, communication opportunities, demo zones, community building, loyalty building, product communications, etc.)● maintain internal project documentation, contracts, certificates of completion, invoices, etc.● establish relationships with relevant associations and partners to participate in relevant events● ensure effective fulfilment of the team’s needs and requests when using events as a tool for communication and interaction with the target audience● organise video/photo production within the department’s projects● develop, implement and maintain an up-to-date database of branded products (together with the procurement department)● develop the necessary professional contacts and a database of potential service providers

Challenges for three months:

● onboarding into company and departmental processes, establishing interaction with internal experts● understanding of tender procurement processes and financial support of work with contractors and service providers● preparation and launch of event(s) in accordance with the department’s action plan● organisation of production of merchandise, souvenirs or video production in accordance with the department’s action/project plans

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 3+ years of experience in communication or event agencies, corporate sector, product IT companies or charitable foundations – preferably as an event or communication manager● experience in implementing communication and PR campaigns, events, initiatives and measuring their effectiveness● experience in writing text materials● experience of working with design/content/digital/email marketing and other relevant specialists to achieve project goals● effective communication skills and experience in implementing projects with a large number of stakeholders● experience with the IT and Tech market will be an advantage● experience in project (event) management: development, budgeting, organisation of contractors, work with internal stakeholders, implementation, evaluation of efficiency and effectiveness● experience in implementing projects with an external agency will be an advantage

How do you manage your working hours?

● Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
