How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● developing and implementing brand promotion strategies on social media to increase audience and engagement● developing and implementing influence marketing strategies● generating creative content and organising the creation of photo and video content● developing and setting up advertising campaigns on the brand’s social media● organising effective and creative community moderation and managing crisis situations● launching influence marketing campaigns and analysing their effectiveness● collaborating with agencies and other brands● analysing performance effectiveness on social media and setting up regular reporting● managing a team, organising and planning effective teamwork, including coaching

Challenges for six months:

● building effective team interaction● analysing and updating the brand’s social media strategy● implementing the brand’s social media strategy and producing creative content● achieving KPI for brand development on social media● improving regular reporting and analysing social media development effectiveness

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 1 year of experience as a SMM Lead in a B2C company or creative agency● experience in organising team work and managing multiple social media platforms simultaneously● a deep understanding of trends, SMM functionality, and experience with analytics tools● passion for creating creative content and trending memes● experience in promoting apps on social media● experience working with X and TikTok● perfect grammar and writing skill, both in Ukrainian and English

How do you manage your working hours?

● You determine a convenient time for yourself; However, in order to be efficient, we have business hours from 11:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m.● 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with remuneration)● day off on your birthday as a gift from the Company● day off for blood donation
