How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● developing strategic partnerships with key HoReCa clients by creating development plans for 6-12 months and ensuring full-cycle support: from onboarding to ongoing assistance● coordinating internal teams (product, marketing, operations, integrations) to implement client initiatives and integrate Uklon Delivery into clients’ business processes● increasing delivery volumes by identifying growth opportunities, launching initiatives and preparing individual business proposals for client top management● reactivating inactive clients by analysing their database, adapting cooperation conditions and implementing new services● reducing client churn through personalized loyalty programs and preventive retention strategies● maximising client LTV through upselling and cross-selling● analysing key metrics using Tableau and Power BI to identify growth opportunities● maintaining CRM in an up-to-date state

Challenges for three months:

● full integration into the team and mastering internal processes● proposing development plans for the TOP-10 partners with initial delivery growth results (min +15%)● initiating negotiations with an “A-league” partner (at least 1) with an agreement on a pilot

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 3 years of experience in B2B negotiations in HoReCa, e-commerce, FMCG, or food delivery in the Ukrainian market● confident stakeholder management skills: working with restaurant owners, chain managers and operations managers● advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills: formulas, pivot tables, financial and operational calculations (margin, ROI, forecasting)● the ability to analyse partnership effectiveness and prepare data-driven business proposals● strong communication and presentation skills● experience in building and maintaining long-term partnerships● English – B1+
