How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● provide a full cycle of customer support: signing agreements and supplementary agreements, connecting to our service, pre-launch calls, further communication and resolving customer issues● increase the volume of deliveries by identifying growth points, launching initiatives and preparing individual business proposals for partners● reduce customer churn through personalised loyalty programmes and preventive retention strategies● coordinate internal teams (product, marketing, operations, integrations) to implement customer initiatives and integrate Uklon Delivery into customer business processes● ensure correct and timely document flow● analyse key metrics using Tableau, Power BI to identify growth opportunities● keep CRM up to date

Challenges for three months:

● full integration into the team and mastering internal processes● propose development plans for the TOP-10 partners with the first results of delivery growth (min +15%)● start negotiations with a partner (min 1) from the wishlist with an agreement to start cooperation

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 2 years of experience in B2B negotiations in the field of e-commerce, FMCG or food delivery in the Ukrainian market● strong communication and negotiation skills, building long-term relationships with clients/partners● advanced level of Excel/Google Sheets: formulas, summary tables, financial and operational calculations● experience with analytics and reporting (Tableau/PowerBI/Looker Studio, etc.)● confident skills in working with documentation: contracts, supplementary agreements, certificates, certificates of mutual settlements● ability to analyse the effectiveness of partnerships and prepare business proposals based on data● experience of interaction with the product team and understanding of the basic essence of IT products● experience with CRM systems will be a plus● experience with task management systems (Jira, Trello, etc.) will be a plus
