How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● managing relationships with a portfolio of top partners and developing strategic growth plans for 6-12 months● managing the full account lifecycle: from deep onboarding to ongoing strategic support● coordinating internal teams (product, operations, marketing) to implement partner initiatives and drive business growth● identifying new growth opportunities and launching initiatives to increase order volumes● preparing unique business proposals at the level of owners or top management of partners● initiating partnership projects and integrations to strengthen Uklon Delivery’s presence in partners’ business processes● conducting systematic analysis of the active partner base and developing retention strategies● applying a personalized approach in cooperation: adapting terms, implementing new services, introducing product updates● regularly analyzing partners’ key metrics and account performance● using upselling and cross-selling tools to increase revenue● developing and implementing individual loyalty programs for top partners● maintaining up-to-date information in CRM and managing commercial documentation● working deeply with analytics to identify growth opportunities● preparing strategic reports for management with progress analysis and recommendations

Challenges for three months:

● becoming familiar with internal processes, the product, and the team● getting acquainted with the portfolio of assigned partners and their performance indicators● developing growth plans for the TOP-3 partners and starting their implementation● achieving at least 90% of the Food Retail direction KPI

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 3 years of experience in working with key corporate clients in B2B (Retail)● experience in managing a portfolio with a high share of strategic accounts● a high level of negotiation skills, including experience in negotiating with top management and business owners● expertise in clients’ strategic development and building long-term partnership relationships● the ability to analyze large volumes of data to make data-driven decisions that drive partner performance growth● experience in working with large contracts, commercial proposals, marketing activations● excellent knowledge of CRM systems, task management tools, and document workflow● systemic thinking, the ability to work with large volumes of data and build well-grounded recommendations● understanding of product IT solutions, integration principles, and service customization capabilities for clients (will be an advantage)
