How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● generate payments in BAS ERP based on tasks in the CRM system● display a bank statement on a daily basis● control the correctness of primary documentation and reflect the relevant transactions in the regulated accounting● write off inventory items for business needs (draw up write-off certificates, acceptance and transfer of goods, orders)● control the availability and collect original/electronic copies of documents● close the period in a timely manner on a monthly basis● create hard and soft archives● communicate with new gig specialists on the organisation of cooperation under gig contracts● execute gig contracts and agreements on amendments thereto; monitor their timely signing● support gig specialists throughout the entire cycle of interaction● create certificates of services provided with gig specialists; monitor the availability of mandatory details and timely signing● control the recording of accruals and settlements in accounting accounts

Challenges for three months:

● adapt to the team and understand the processes● audit and supplement the packages of documents for the gig specialists● audit and supplement the primary documentation on business transactions

To achieve the results, you will need:

● knowledge of the Tax Code of Ukraine, Accounting Regulations (Standards) (in particular, the rules for accounting for expenses and VAT)● experience of working with gig specialists● experience with accounting software, online banking and BAS ERP● proficiency in MS Excel (at a confident level) and Google Sheets● experience with electronic document management systems (e.g. Vchasno)
