How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

●  checking and processing primary documents: • contracts, invoices, acts of completed works, contractors' reports • controlling and forming the electronic archive of reports and primary documents● forming a package of supporting documents for the write-off of tangible assets (free transfer of gifts, etc.): • preparing orders for events, advertising campaigns, etc.; • preparing acts of transfer of tangible assets to materially responsible persons for conducting events; • preparing write-off acts for tangible assets based on reports● controlling the receipt of reports from responsible persons● interacting with other departments and counterparties to clarify expenses and coordinate documents.● conducting inventories of marketing tangible assets (marketing warehouse)

Challenges for three months:

● adapting within the team● conducting an audit of available primary documents for Q2● analysing expenses for Q2 and compiling a list of unclosed reports● preparing documents for archiving

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 2 years of work experience in accounting, preferably in expense accounting ● higher education (accounting, finance, economics)● knowledge of the Tax Code of Ukraine, particularly the rules for expense and VAT accounting● skills in working with programs, namely BAS ERP, MS Excel (confident level), electronic document management systems (e.g., Vchasno)

How do you manage your working hours?

● Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
