How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● operational management of Car Ads and Car LEDs projects: planning, coordination and control of execution at all stages of launch and implementation● Car Ads: selection of cars for advertising campaigns; organisation and control of branding; photo reporting; installation and dismantling of roof extenders; removal of branding; if necessary, organisation of sampling● Car LEDs: launch and scale of advertising media (including installation of new LED panels); organisation of car delivery; work with contractors;● performance monitoring; prompt resolution of incidents and force majeure● building and maintaining transparent client reporting: car registers, campaign statuses, photo evidence, regular reports● cross-team interaction (Fleets / Legal / Accounting / Marketing): approval of terms and conditions, document flow, certificates, invoices, payments, closing of periods● monitoring of SLA compliance with fleets

Challenges for three months:

● form agreements with partner fleets in 5 cities on the implementation of the project with LED panels, hold an invitation meeting, negotiate,agree on the terms and conditions and model, sign the necessary documents● ensure stable execution of Car Ads/Car LEDs within the agreed timeframe● create a systematic document flow process for Accounting: payments without critical delays in the operational process; closing periods on time● audit the current process of cross-team interaction with Fleets/Legal and propose improvements

Certainly, we will teach you, but it’s good to have:

● knowledge of cars: make/model, understanding of the technical part of the car● experience with Atlassian products● experience with ride hailing/mobility● experience with outdoor advertising

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 3 years of experience in operational/project execution of turnkey launches with deadlines and quality control● experience in negotiations with contractors: ability to find win-win (experience in negotiations with fleets will be an advantage)● understanding of basic document flow (certificates of completion/invoices)● proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel (creating pivot tables, working with large amounts of data)● ability to coordinate the work of contractors: installation/service, work with force majeure● experience in reporting (car registers, statuses, photo reporting, periodic reports to the client)● experience of cross-team interaction

How do you manage your working hours?

● Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
