How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● developing technical solutions and being responsible for their implementation to launch experiments● proposing and implementing technical solutions for growth initiatives● creating new functionality that impacts key product metrics● working closely with a data analyst to build event logic and interpret experiment results● analyzing production incidents, identifying their causes, and resolving them● participating in goal discussions, task planning, and team retrospectives

Challenges for three months:

● getting familiar with the project structure and understanding its business logic● developing new functionality within expected timelines● high-quality implementation of tasks and experiments without negative impact on the core functionality

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 3 years of experience in Android development● at least 2 years of Kotlin development experience● at least 2 years of experience using Coroutines and RXJava● confident use of Jetpack Compose● understanding of OOP, SOLID, Clean Architecture principles● confident understanding and use of MVVM/MVI patterns● experience working with WebSockets● experience with unit testing (JUnit, Spek)

How do you manage your working hours?

● Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
