How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● forming the cost of services provided under contracts, taking into account the specifics of the B2B segment● conducting settlements with contractors, preparing and agreeing on registers● preparing and verifying certificates of received/provided services, tax invoices, and adjustment calculations (regular and summary)● working with contracts - registration, verification, updating details, reconciling with accounting system data, and controlling related risks● monitoring balances and analyzing settlements with clients and contractors● ensuring the availability of primary documentation confirming the direction’s income and expenses● preparing payment registers, maintaining electronic and paper archives of primary documents, generating reports● accounting for acquiring transactions● actively participating in the implementation of the new accounting system: testing, data validation, adapting processes to business requirements● contributing to other projects within the direction

Challenges for three months:

● learning the specifics of forming the cost of services provided in the B2B segment and acquiring operations● independently preparing payment registers for contractors● participating in the preparation of documents for month-end closing● accurately handling contracts, acts, and tax documents

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 3 years of experience as an accountant (preferably in the service sector or in activities involving a large number of counterparties (1000+))● practical knowledge of National Accounting Standards, principles of tax accounting, rules for forming income and expenses● understanding of the logic of cost accounting for provided services, preparation of certificates, invoices, tax invoices and adjustment calculations● sufficient proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for processing data sets, preparing reports, verifying calculations● experience in working with ERP systems (BAS ERP or similar), including banking integrations and EDI services (Vchasno, Freedoc), online banking● the ability to handle contracts (registration, approval, verification of details and financial risks)● basic understanding of interaction processes between clients, contractors, and financial systems
