How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

1. Strategic contribution and tactical planning:● contributing to strategy: actively participating in improving the comprehensive B2B marketing strategy by proposing new initiatives aligned with the Company’s business goals● planning and implementation: developing and executing tactical marketing plans based on the approved strategy● budget management: efficiently planning and managing the allocated marketing budget for initiatives, ensuring maximum return on investment● contributing to strategy: actively participating in improving the comprehensive B2B marketing strategy by proposing new initiatives aligned with the company’s business goals● planning and implementation: developing and executing tactical marketing plans based on the approved strategy● budget management: efficiently planning and managing the allocated marketing budget for initiatives, ensuring maximum return on investment2. Acquisition:● creating and optimizing marketing initiatives targeting the B2B audience to attract new clients3. Engagement:● developing and executing campaigns aimed at activating and increasing orders among existing clients● analysing the client base to identify behavioural patterns and segment clients (e.g., inactive, low-activity, regular)● creating tactical actions for each segment4. Analytics and optimization:● analysing the effectiveness of all marketing channels and campaigns● tracking and optimizing key B2B metrics (CAC, LTV, ARPU, NPS)● creating reports and providing recommendations based on data

Challenges for three months:

● getting familiar with the product and team: fully studying the product, value proposition and existing processes in the sales, product and marketing departments● auditing existing channels: conducting an audit of current marketing channels and analysing their effectiveness● analysing data: thoroughly examining existing analytics to understand key B2B metrics● developing a tactical plan: creating a detailed tactical plan for the next two months based on the new marketing strategy● generating hypotheses and launching MVP campaigns:- formulating 1-2 hypotheses regarding paid advertising channels and launching test campaigns for lead generation- developing and launching an MVP campaign for one selected client segment● processes and interaction: establishing regular collaboration with the sales department and setting a schedule for joint meetings● scaling campaigns: deciding on scaling test campaigns (MVP) based on initial results and optimizing spending● analysing effectiveness: reviewing the initial results of launched campaigns and measuring key marketing and business metrics● reporting: preparing a detailed report on the first three months’ results, including conclusions and recommendations for the future

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 5 years of experience in marketing, including at least 3 years in a similar B2B role● successful experience in developing and implementing B2B marketing initiatives from scratch● experience with paid promotion (PPC, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads)● experience in working with CRM systems and marketing automation tools● proven track record in lead generation and client retention● data-driven mindset; ability to work with analytics and make evidence-based conclusions● experience in cross-team collaboration with sales, product, and other teams● English – B1+● experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or logistics is a plus
