How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● analysing existing processes/data and developing solutions to optimise them● organising and monitoring the performance of the department● implementing automation to improve the efficiency of the back office● increasing the eNPS level of the team● ensuring effective interaction between the back office and other departments of the company

Challenges for six months:

● deep understanding of all processes and goals of the department/division● increase in the team’s eNPS level up to 50%● audit of existing processes● development of 2-3 proposals to improve the work of the department with the subsequent creation of a Roadmap that takes into account the strategic goals of the company and the department● analysis of existing performance indicators and proposals for new metrics● maintaining the team’s eNPS level at a minimum of 50%● improvement of the level of indicators that were implemented in the first 3 months (fix the proposed goal, measure the fact)● elaboration of the department development strategy

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 3-5 years of experience in a managerial position in back office processes or related areas● experience in implementing and optimising processes to improve their efficiency● experience in analysing large amounts of data, preparing reports for top management● ability to forecast resources, risks and offer optimisation solutions● ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment

How do you manage your working hours?
