How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● Development of initiatives: drafting requirements for new solutions within the full development cycle.● Decomposition of tasks and backlog initiatives for the team based on business strategy and quarterly plans.● Task grooming with the team, documentation preparation (handover).● Hypothesis development and validation based on data and research.● Participation in backlog management.

Challenges for three months:

● Building effective communication (interaction with the team/stakeholders).● Task presentation and defense (facilitating grooming sessions).● Timely preparation of tasks to ensure proper team workload.● Demonstration of developed functionality.● Demonstration of developed functionality●

Certainly, we will teach you, but it’s good to have:

● Understanding of working with metrics: formulating hypotheses based on product metrics, analyzing results.● Ability to perform competitor and market analysis.● Experience working with web applications.● Working with diagrams.

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.● Experience working with mobile applications.● Experience in collecting, identifying, analyzing, and managing business requirements.● Experience working with stakeholders (analyzing challenges and needs, aligning requirements).● Skills in describing functionality, presenting and defending it to the technical team, preparing specifications, and assigning tasks to developers.● Experience working closely with development teams.

How do you manage your working hours?

● Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
