How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● developing and implementing the strategy for HoReCa area● achieving planned targets● building an effective sales funnel, controlling all stages (from lead generation to growth)● managing a team of 4+ specialists: setting tasks, controlling KPIs, regular reporting, developing the team’s expertise● conducting negotiations with key clients, building win-win relationships● developing partner lead generation channels: searching for and attracting new partners● analysing the market, competitors, preparing proposals for product improvement● preparing regular reports and analytics

Challenges for six months:

● consistently achieving sales targets● a client retention and development program implemented● Churn rate reduced● a fully staffed team. Expanding the team, if necessary● each team member achieves at least 90% of their individual plan● an internal employee development system launched within the direction● at least 3 strategic partnerships concluded (top clients, lead generation partners)● a 12-month strategic development plan prepared

To achieve the results, you will need:

● Experience in B2B sales management:- at least 3 years of managing active B2B sales in the HoReCa segment- knowledge and understanding of the full sales cycle (from lead generation to client development)- experience in achieving KPIs (sales plan, conversion, retention, average check, etc.)- deep understanding of the specifics of HoReCa clients: proven experience in sales, negotiations, presentations, and deals with HoReCa● Team management: - successful experience in managing a team of 5+ people (goal setting, KPI control, discipline, development, mentoring)● an analytical mindset: ability to independently analyse sales department metrics● strong negotiation and communication skills● high autonomy and responsibility: readiness to take full responsibility for the direction
