How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● ensuring a full cycle of product sales and further customer support ● implementing the department’s plans by attracting customers and scaling their work● analysing the needs of existing customers and making suggestions for product improvement● ensuring correct and timely document flow ● day-to-day operational tasks (CRM system maintenance, work with Tableau and other internal tools)

Challenges for three months:

● successful onboarding into the team and company, learning the product and processes● audit and updating of information on existing customers in the CRM system ● fulfilment of personal KPIs (10 B2B clients)

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 2 years of experience in Sales and/or BizDev in B2B ● strong negotiation skills, building long-term relationships with clients/partners via telephony, including ● experience with analytics, reporting● experience with CRM systems (NetHunt will be an advantage)● skills of documentation, work with contracts, certificates, settlement reconciliation reports● experience in creating commercial proposals and presentations for clients/partners ● experience with task managers (jira, trello, etc.) will be an advantage

How do you manage your working hours?

● You determine a convenient time for yourself; However, in order to be efficient, we have business hours from 11:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m.● You choose a convenient format by yourself (office/remotely/mixed), work from any corner of Ukraine and the world● 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with remuneration)● day off on your birthday as a gift from the Company● day off for blood donation
