How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● ensuring the full cycle of product sales and further customer support, support throughout ● implementing the department’s plans by attracting customers and scaling their work● analysing the needs of existing customers and making suggestions for product improvement

Challenges for three months:

● successful onboarding into the team and the company, learning the product and processes● fulfilment of personal KPIs (revenue, B2B clients, orders)● connection of 20 clients with a total turnover of 2 000 orders

Certainly, we will teach you, but it’s good to have:

● experience working with HoReCa● experience working with B2B

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 3+ years of experience in sales● confident skills in negotiating the sale of services● ability to prepare and deliver presentations● skills in working with CRM systems

How do you manage your working hours?

● You determine a convenient time for yourself; However, in order to be efficient, we have business hours from 11:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m.● You choose a convenient format by yourself (office/remotely/mixed), work from any corner of Ukraine and the world● 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with remuneration)● day off on your birthday as a gift from the Company● day off for blood donation
