How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● audit the current strategy and processes of the division● implement the sales plan, responsibility for the revenue direction● negotiate with key partners to attract leaders of E-commerce (Non Food), Enterprise+SMB● formulate and implement a development strategy for the area (individual partners) for a specified period, using available tools, including marketing tools generate regular reports on the efficiency and success of the department people management of the team with the aim of achieving target indicators build business relationships with strategically important partners of the business area● analyse the needs of the category’s customers and make proposals for product improvement to achieve the target indicators cross-functional interaction with development, legal, finance, marketing teams within the scope of the department’s tasks involvement in the promotion of the area (participation in conferences, panel discussions, podcasts, etc.)

Challenges for six months:

● propose a 6-month development strategy for the area
attract at least one partner with a potential of 5k+ orders per month
lead the process of product improvement according to customer requests and implement at least 2-3 initiatives
conduct an internal audit of the team, develop goals for each teammate in accordance with the strategy

To achieve the results, you will need:

● B2B Sales & Negotiations: proven track record of successful negotiations with Enterprise partners● People Management: successful experience in building and managing effective sales teams (5+ specialists)● Strategy & Business Development: experience in forming and implementing a B2B development strategy with a focus on revenue growth● Partner Management & Growth: experience in attracting, developing and scaling strategic partners in e-commerce or related industries● Cross-functional collaboration: strong communication and stakeholder management skills, experience of interacting with product, marketing, analytics, operations and finance teams● Analytics & Reporting: ability to work with business metrics and make data-driven decisions experience with SaaS will be an advantage
