How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● organizing turnkey business trips for employees across Ukraine and abroad (air tickets, accommodation, transfers) within the approved budget● preparing a package of documents for business trips and coordinating standard visa application processes● searching for optimal logistical solutions taking into account budget and timing● communicating with internal stakeholders and external suppliers (travel agencies, hotels, carriers)● collecting and processing employees’ feedback after business trips● participating in initiatives aimed at service improvement, process optimization, and basic automation● promptly resolving standard issues and escalating complex cases when necessary● completing reporting (internal and external)

Challenges for three months:

● adapting within the team and establishing effective interaction with mentors and stakeholders● navigating business trip procedures, company policies, and limits● organizing business trips during the period according to requests (Ukraine and abroad), taking into account all stages of planning and preparation

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 2 years of experience in organizing business trips within Ukraine and abroad, taking into account all necessary stages of planning and preparation● the ability to plan optimal routes from Ukraine to the nearest airports with onward travel to various countries● the ability to find the most efficient flights considering connection times, airline specifics, and airport features● understanding the procedure for handling flight delays/cancellations and any force majeure situations during the trip● the ability to find the most suitable hotels and apartments considering employee needs and within the allocated budget● general knowledge of visa document submission and document requirements

How do you manage your working hours?

● Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
