How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● leading end-to-end management of large, cross-functional business projects, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities● developing detailed project plans, managing timelines, budgets, resources, and project risks● driving project execution across business, operations, finance, and technology teams, ensuring stakeholder alignment at every stage● serving as a key point of communication between project teams and senior management● monitoring and reporting on project progress, identifying and resolving risks and blockers proactively● supporting the development and improvement of project management standards, tools, and best practices within the Company● potentially mentoring and supporting junior project managers as the team evolves

Challenges for three months:

● successful onboarding into the team and mastering core company processes● being fluent and productive in all tools used by the department● contributing to the implementation of existing tasks and projects, and successfully completing them● developing a strategy to achieve the project goals● setting up regular reporting and analysing the effectiveness of implemented projects

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 4–6 years of experience in project management, with proven success delivering business-driven, cross-functional projects● strong understanding of business processes, operational efficiency drivers, and financial impact metrics● practical experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)● outstanding stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills● high level of self-organization, proactivity, and ownership mindset● PMP or equivalent certifications are a plus● experience in fast-growing, dynamic companies is highly desirable● leadership potential: readiness to take responsibility for project teams in the future● Upper-Intermediate and higher level of English

How do you manage your working hours?

● Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
