How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● communication team management: allocating tasks, coordinating team efforts and developing the team● developing and implementing omnichannel communication strategies, monitoring the execution and effectiveness of campaigns● supporting and developing relationships with external contractors to ensure smooth operation across all communication channels● analysing and optimising campaigns, initiating A/B tests and implementing improvements to increase efficiency ● stakeholder interaction: collaborating with marketing, technical teams and other units to achieve company goals

Challenges for six months:

● launching all key elements of the developed communication strategy● evaluating initial results, analysing KPI performance● automating regular communication processes (mailings and analytics collection)● establishing processes for collecting audience feedback and using this data to adjust the strategy● technical implementation of communication policies and omnichannel approach for customers● implementing and assessing the effectiveness of improvements to cross-team interaction processes

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 2 years of experience in: retention, email marketing, telemarketing● developing communication strategies ● at least one year of experience in team management ● deep understanding of omnichannel communication methods, segmentation and personalization● experience in data analysis, reporting and strategy development based on key metrics● experience in planning media, personal, and product, situational communications

How do you manage your working hours?

● You determine a convenient time for yourself; However, in order to be efficient, we have business hours from 11:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m.● 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with remuneration)● day off on your birthday as a gift from the Company● day off for blood donation
