What our offer includes specifically for this role
How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:
● reflecting changes in the organizational structure and maintaining it up to date, visualization● ensuring data consistency in HiBob and BAS ERP systems: supporting reference books, making personnel changes, filling systems, consolidating data, verifying information, etc.● supporting documentation for the implementation of current benefits: health insurance, participation in supporting cost compensation for benefits, etc.● participating in the automation of human resources management processes, forming requirements for the development/improvement of HRMS system functionality● participating in the preparation of presentation materials and other HR projects
Challenges for three months:
● adapting within the team and company● independently and efficiently performing operations in BAS ERP/HiBob regarding personnel changes● taking over tasks from other specialists for the future (health insurance, supporting documentation, benefit management, etc.)● familiarization with the company’s corporate culture and policy● familiarization with the internal processes of the department and company
To achieve the results, you will need:
● administrative skills and experience in office management, HR administration experience (preferred)● experience of working with HR systems or databases as an operator● independence, ability to plan activities, responsibility● experience working under tight deadlines and with large volumes of information, attention to detail● skills in working with Google Sheets will be an advantage
How do you manage your working hours?
● You determine a convenient time for yourself; However, in order to be efficient, we have business hours from 11:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m.● You choose a convenient format by yourself (office/remotely/mixed), work from any corner of Ukraine and the world● 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with remuneration)● day off on your birthday as a gift from the Company● day off for blood donation
