How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● collecting, analyzing and structuring information about processes, products, and user interaction scenarios● developing and visualizing action algorithms (decision trees, process flows, scenarios)● preparing and editing content for the knowledge base (instructions, templates, guidelines)● creating tests and knowledge checks based on the described materials● monitoring content relevance, updating it in line with product or process changes● collaborating with product, operations, and training teams to obtain and validate information● analyzing content effectiveness and initiating improvements in the structure, format, or knowledge platform

Challenges for three months:

● audit of the current knowledge base: analyze the structure, completeness, and relevance of the content, considering the specifics of agents’ work and types of customer requests; define a plan for further improvements● format unification: develop and agree on standardized templates for describing processes, scenarios, and action algorithms● content redesign: update and redesign at least 20 articles (from the list approved by the manager) and prepare an implementation plan for 30 more articles, with a breakdown by period (weekly, monthly)● knowledge testing: prepare and launch monthly tests to assess process knowledge in key areas

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 3 years of experience as a Technical Writer or Knowledge Management Specialist● experience in working with knowledge bases or documentation platforms (Confluence, Notion, etc.)● proficiency in Google Workspace and Atlassian tools (basic knowledge of HTML/WordPress would be an advantage)● experience in creating knowledge assessments (tests, quizzes, knowledge checks) based on described processes and materials● the ability to structure information and describe processes clearly and logically● result-oriented mindset — the ability to measure the effectiveness of created materials (via accuracy, engagement, knowledge usage, and departmental metrics)● excellent command of written Ukrainian and ability to present information clearly and concisely● proficiency with visualisation tools for action flows (Miro, FigJam, Lucidchart — would be a plus)● strong analytical and systems thinking skills● high level of self-organisation and accountability for results● understanding of customer service principles (would be an advantage)● English level: reading — Intermediate, speaking — Pre-Intermediate
