How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● proactive pitching of comments and materials to achieve communication goals● preparing comments for the media● tracking competitors’ media activities● establishing cooperation with stakeholders, in particular Tier 1-2 and specialised media● analysing trends in the media, business bloggers and podcasters● creating and updating communication narratives, Q&As, fact sheets, business metrics and talking points● maintaining a library of interviews, comments, columns and other media products● updating news on the website, Wiki and reference materials about the company● preparing talking points and Q&As● negotiating with event organisers● preparing speakers for speeches and interviews● submitting information for media ratings and surveys (taxpayers, employers, CEO efficiency, innovation, etc.)● managing projects, workflow and budget

Challenges for three months:

● participation in the development of the C-level communication calendar until the end of 2025● support and writing of columns for the C-level● preparation of external materials about the company (updating the Wiki, talking points, etc.)● participation in updating the press office strategy based on the results of a reputation audit● support of communication information events (writing releases, comments, etc.)

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 3 years of experience in communications or PR on the side of a company or agency● higher education (management, marketing, communications, PR, economics, business, philology, journalism)● copywriting, editing and content creation skills● knowledge of the Ukrainian media field, understanding of formats, key media and newsworthy events● contacts with key business, IT and socio-political media and the ability to establish them are desirable● ability to analyse the media field, evaluate and proactively propose newsworthy events● ability to evaluate performance and developed analytical skills

How do you manage your working hours?

● Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
