How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● development and implementation of a comprehensive security strategy based on ESRM principles● development and updating of the security risk map in cooperation with the heads of departments● implementation of policies, standards and procedures for managing physical, economic and information security● control of compliance with security standards, implementation of internal control mechanisms● detection, prevention and response to threats to the company's assets and personnel● development of crisis response plans for security incidents and organisation of an anti-crisis team● management of the company’s physical security system (security, engineering and technical facilities, internal procedures, personnel security, etc.)● monitoring and control of economic security (countering fraud, theft, corporate crime, etc.)● organisation and control of information security measures, protection of confidential data● organisation and conduct of trainings, briefings and raising the level of security awareness of personnel● interaction with law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities and security partners● information and analytical support of the company in the area of security● direct participation in the development of the corporate security system of the business

Challenges for six months:

● familiarisation and study of the main business processes● development of corporate security policy and strategy (in the areas of physical, economic and personnel security)● approval of the corporate security policy and strategy with the manager

To achieve the results, you will need:

● higher education (legal, economic or technical)● at least 5 years of experience in senior positions in security risk management● deep understanding of ASIS International standards and recommendations and their application in the field of corporate security● practical experience in implementing Enterprise Security Risk Management (ESRM)● knowledge of Ukrainian legislation, in particular in the area related to security functions● ability and experience in building an integrated security system (physical, economic, information)● skills in developing and implementing asset protection strategies, risk and incident management methodologies● experience in writing and implementing security policies, strategies and procedures● experience of interaction with government agencies, law enforcement agencies and regulatory institutions● knowledge of modern security technologies (video surveillance, access control systems, cybersecurity, etc.)● availability of certificates of ASIS International (in the field of corporate security and security risk management), ACSP of Ukraine● experience in conducting enterprise security risk assessment● knowledge of English at the Intermediate level

How do you manage your working hours?

● Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
