How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● managing operational processes● participating in building and training a professional team of couriers● monitoring qualitative and quantitative metrics of both the direction and individual couriers● searching for and engaging new partners (fleet operators, couriers)● conducting events aimed at improving partner performance● developing the courier delivery direction and enhancing operational processes● resolving ongoing operational issues and supporting couriers● ensuring the quality of Uklon Delivery service● preparing presentations, reports, and conducting meetings

Challenges for three** months:

● familiarizing with the product, operational processes and company standards● mastering all tools used in the department (CRM, reporting, communication platforms)● processing all work tasks efficiently and on time● demonstrating independence in decision-making within the scope of responsibility● ensuring stability of operational processes and monitoring key metrics
establishing productive communication with partners● building effective collaboration with couriers and providing them operational support● starting regular analysis of key operational metrics● preparing initial proposals for improving courier delivery processes● participating in the development of courier logistics through optimization initiatives

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 2 years of experience in operations / logistics / delivery● experience in managing order acceptance, processing and delivery processes● practical experience in collaborating with partners (fleet operators, drivers, couriers)● knowledge of the geography of Ukrainian cities● proficiency in Ukrainian at a high level● confident use of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace● analytical thinking

How do you manage your working hours?

● Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
