How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● coordinating the work of the creative team to fulfil requests from all BUs and the platform● prioritizing tasks and controlling deadlines, managing the team’s workload operationally● participating in developing team workflows to increase efficiency and transparency● communicating with requesters (BUs, platforms) regarding progress, timelines and expectations● coordinating the involvement of freelancers and external contractors to fulfil creative tasks● managing the team’s SLA and ensuring compliance with task execution standards● preparing reporting on task completion, team workload and process efficiency● identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement of the team’s operational work

Challenges for three months:

● ensuring coordination of customer requests and correct distribution of tasks among members of the creative team● maintaining an up-to-date task backlog, priorities and deadlines, and controlling task completion within agreed timelines● organizing the involvement of freelancers to ensure high-quality and timely task delivery● controlling compliance with SLA and task execution standards● analyzing the current process and providing recommendations for its improvement

To achieve the results, you will need:

● the ability to effectively organize the work of a creative team and manage priorities● process-thinking skills and the ability to optimize team workflows● a high level of communication for interaction with internal customers and external contractors● responsibility, result orientation and the ability to meet deadlines● the ability to work with analytical tools and task managers● teamwork, flexibility, proactivity and conflict-resolution skills

How do you manage your working hours?

● Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
