How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● working on segmentation and building the customer lifecycle in terms of regions and countries● ensuring a personalized approach and optimizing customer interaction across different regions● creating motivational programs to increase customer loyalty, taking into account the specifics of regions and countries● validating and analyzing CRM activities● conducting CRM activities and analyzing the results through A/B testing● monitoring competitors’ activities and responding to market changes from the perspective of marketing strategies● leading cross-team projects, communicating with developers and the marketing, analytics, and technical teams to achieve business results

Challenges for three months:

● adapting to the team and the company:
- fully integrating into the team’s workflows and establishing effective communication with colleagues and related departments
• familiarizing yourself with data and processes:
- studying all available data sources for analytics and CRM activities
- reviewing the customer lifecycle and preparing proposals for its improvement
● conducting analytical monitoring of the customer base:
- setting up a monitoring system and collecting analytics on the customer base, including breakdowns by country
- preparing regular reports and insights to support decisions on marketing activities
● launching CRM activities:
- preparing and executing CRM campaigns in accordance with approved strategies
- validating and assessing the effectiveness of campaigns based on the obtained data and analytics

Certainly, we will teach you, but it’s good to have:

● experience in forming, setting and describing technical requirements for obtaining the necessary data● experience in creating and implementing incentive programs for increasing customer loyalty● knowledge and practical use of AI technologies for automating and personalizing communications

To achieve the results, you will need:

● experience in building and optimizing the customer lifecycle in B2C companies● experience in working with key touchpoints and approaches to increasing LTV, conversions, retention and reactivation of customers● experience in conducting cohort analysis, RFM analysis and other segmentation methods● the ability to interpret analytical results for making business decisions● English language proficiency at Intermediate level
