How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● collecting and analysing information from various sources and resources to highlight problem areas● organising regular Mystery Shopper of the company’s services and competitors● summarising and presenting the research results● contributing to the development of the quality of service processes based on the results of own observations and analysis of the Mystery Shopper

Challenges for three months:

● description of the Mystery Shopper process, including: methodology, sample scenarios, evaluation criteria, instructions for participants, etc.● pilot launch and implementation of the first Mystery Shopper on a specific topic● analysis of the results of the first pilot launch with specific conclusions and recommendations in the form of a presentation (the results should be of specific benefit to the company)● collection and analysis of information to highlight problem areas for determining the next Mystery Shopper campaign topic● separately justify on the basis of the analysis why this topic is chosen, what goal we are pursuing and our expectations from the result

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 2 years of Mystery Shopper project management experience● ability to identify problems and, based on analysis, propose ideas/initiatives to improve the quality and processes of service● broad professional outlook, excellent communication and negotiation skills, systematic and analytical thinking● driving licence of “B” category and personal car will be an advantage

● You determine a convenient time for yourself; However, in order to be efficient, we have business hours from 11:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m.● You choose a convenient format by yourself (office/remotely/mixed), work from any corner of Ukraine and the world● 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with remuneration)● day off on your birthday as a gift from the Company● day off for blood donation
