How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● monitoring and responding to cyber incidents (L2-L3) in SIEM/XDR● conducting forensic investigations, containment/eradication/recovery● threat hunting based on MITRE ATT&CK; creating and optimizing detection rules (KQL/SPL/Sigma)● automating processes in SOAR (enrichment, ticketing, notifications, isolation)● analyzing and responding to DLP incidents, developing and optimizing DLP policies● optimizing vulnerability scanning, escalating critical risks● technical audit of IT/product architecture with a focus on security● conducting internal security and risk assessment● collaborating with red & blue teams within the purple team● preparing training materials for employees and mentoring junior specialists

Challenges for three** months:

● fully immersing yourself in the Company’s SOC environment and IT infrastructure● mastering the tech stack used in the Company and immersing yourself in business processes● familiarizing yourself with current security policies, IR, DLP, SIEM processes● analyzing existing use cases and proposing improvements to detections● responding to incidents according to SLA (MTTD < 30 min, MTTR < 2 hrs)

Certainly, we will teach you, but it’s good to have:

● confident knowledge of vulnerability scanning and analysis, log architecture● experience in performing penetration testing

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 3-5+ years of experience in SOC/IR/DFIR (partly L2/L3)● hands-on experience with SIEM/SOAR (Sentinel, Splunk, Elastic)● experience in configuring DLP rules and responding to DLP incidents● practical skills in conducting forensic investigations● intermediate proficiency in PowerShell or Python● understanding of MITRE ATT&CK, XDR/EDR● English proficiency at the Intermediate level
