How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● consolidating and analyzing information from internal data sources (DWH) regarding customers/orders● preparing, developing, and automating operational reporting in Tableau● analyzing data to obtain important information, new insights (data mining)● identifying patterns and explaining events using data● ad hoc requests from colleagues across different departments● systematizing and visualizing data

Challenges for three months:

● successfully completing onboarding, understanding the analytics environment, existing data, and reports● taking over the existing pool of reports for support, understanding their structure● mastering practices for solving typical tasks● building an NPS dashboard for delivery drivers - segmenting and forming a driver profile● conducting analytics of business activities regarding their effectiveness

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 2 years of daily experience as a Data Analyst● a high level of SQL proficiency for querying data (window functions, data grouping), using it on a daily basis - must have● proficiency in one BI tool (Tableau - advantage / QlikView / Power BI or other)● general marketing expertise: understanding demand, supply, funnel, customer analytics (cohort analysis, RFM analysis, etc.)● Python skills for working with Big Data - will be an advantage● advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
