How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● registration of partner drivers, partner couriers and their vehicles● providing primary and secondary information support to partner drivers on registration and organisational issues through calls and messengers● conducting outreach consultations with partner drivers (on inactivity, initial consultation, related outreach campaigns for analysis, audit, research and in-depth interviews)● control of the quality-of-service provision and compliance with the terms and conditions of cooperation by the partner driver (photo controls, compliance with registration requirements and standards)● selective analysis of the local passenger transport market (fares, car classes, quality of service)● analysis of problem cases of users, creation of research tasks at the request of partners● cooperation with related departments in the context of working issues and clarifications from partner drivers● participation in optimising and improving internal processes, providing ideas and suggestions

Challenges for three months:

● become familiar with the company’s product, processes and standards● master all the tools used by the department● be fluent in the processes at every stage of their work● participate in the formation of ideas, initiatives to improve working tools, processes, and services● expert understanding of the competitiveness of the ride-hailing market

Certainly, we will teach you, but it’s good to have

● work experience in the field of information provision: registration departments, contact centres, at least 1 year ● experience in conducting telephone conversations (incoming, outgoing lines)● a category B driving licence and a personal car for the purpose of spot analysis of the transport market

To achieve the results, you will need:

● knowledge of cars: knowledge of the main brands and models, basic understanding of the car structure and the ability to distinguish between car classes● high-level digital skills (be a confident user of PC and messengers)● high level of knowledge of the Ukrainian language● ability to work with a large amount of information and search the internal database

How do you manage your working hours?

● Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
