How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● launching the e-learning direction for the Customer Experience department from scratch together with the manager: shaping processes, structure, and standards for content creation, selecting tools, and launching training programs and courses● administering the LMS platform: configuring, updating, managing users, and monitoring activity● analysing the learning needs of departments and defining learning objectives● designing training programs, developing and implementing e-learning content: courses, video lessons, interactive exercises, cases, tests, etc.● implementing gamification in the LMS: creating interactive tasks and mechanics that increase teammate engagement● collaborating with internal trainers and experts to collect content and transform it into required online formats (SCORM, video, interactive materials, microlearning)● analysing learning results: collecting feedback and statistics (completion, success rate, impact on KPIs), preparing reports, and improving programs based on them

Challenges for three months:

● familiarizing with the current goals and processes of the department teams● creating an e-learning framework (processes, standards, templates) for systematic work with online learning● developing a learning trajectory for department teammates, including the sequence of courses, modules and formats according to team needs● launching and converting two basic courses, prepared together with the trainer, into e-learning format● configuring reporting in the LMS and preparing a dashboard with key learning metrics

Certainly, we will teach you, but it’s good to have:

● basic knowledge of HTML/WordPress● using AI tools for creating and optimizing learning content, analysing results, and personalizing teammates’ learning experience

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 2 years of experience as an Instructional Designer or E-learning specialist● working with LMS platforms (experience with Collaborator is a plus)● creating e-learning content with gamification elements: online courses, interactive exercises, tests, cases, simulators● working with authoring tools (experience with Articulate 360 is a plus)● using Google Workspace and Atlassian tools● understanding adult learning principles, instructional design, and systematic models for evaluating learning effectiveness (ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, or similar)● designing learning paths and incorporating gamification elements into educational programs● preparing presentations considering briefs, logical structure, visual aesthetics, and company brand guidelines● English – B1+
