How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● administration of the LMS platform (reporting, course assignment)● development and implementation of e-learning courses● administration of the process of completing mandatory training courses by the team according to the schedule● cross-functional interaction with technical teams

Challenges for three months:

● get acquainted with the current goals and processes of the team● administer the mandatory information security course for teammates in February-March● develop and launch two online courses in the LMS● explore and master the backend processes of working in Collaborator in order to solve technical issues independently

Certainly, we will teach you, but it’s good to have:

● understanding of the principles of adult learning, pedagogical design and systematic models of learning effectiveness assessment

To achieve the results, you will need:

● experience with LMS platforms (experience with Collaborator will be an advantage) ● experience with authoring tools (experience with Articulate 360 will be an advantage)● English - B1-B2

How do you manage your working hours?

● Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
