How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● organising internal company events● preparing and conducting internal events (corporate parties, Company Day, seasonal events)● coordinating new formats: hackathons, internal meet-ups, informal meetings, networking● event logistics: booking locations, technical support, timing, coordinating with suppliers● cross-functional interaction with the internal creative team, HR function, and other stakeholders● integrating culture through events● ensuring team engagement through events● working with hybrid formats (online/offline) and interactive elements● merchandise and gift initiatives● coordinating orders of branded merchandise and souvenir products● collaborating with designers and contractors; controlling order execution ● analysing and improving event experience ● collecting feedback and conducting basic event effectiveness analysis (surveys, NPS, participation rate)● preparing proposals for improving event formats

Challenges for three months:

● familiarising yourself with the team, processes, and establishing communication with contractors● updating the internal Uklon Store with corporate merchandise based on policy updates● reviewing and implementing updated activities within the Office TeamWork initiative

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 2+ years of experience in working in communication or event agencies, corporate sector, or product IT companies, as an event manager for internal events● experience in developing and implementing strategic internal events that strengthen corporate culture, engagement, and team interaction● experience in organising turnkey events for 100+ people● experience in working with budgets● being familiar with modern event organisation practices ● high level of self-organisation and project management skills● communication skills, ability to work with contractors ● creativity and high level of responsibility● English at Intermediate level is a plus

How do you manage your working hours?

● Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
