How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● assistant support to the management: planning and organising ● meetings, performing work assignments and tasks● preparation of reports, presentations, documents ● coordination of internal and external communications● business trips organisation, ticket and hotel booking● performing assignments of the manager and participating in projects

Challenges for three months:

● learn the processes according to the area of responsibility● perform all the functionality independently ● build effective communication with the process stakeholder

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 3+ years of experience as an assistant to the CEO or General Director ● experience in organising meetings, business trips, manager’s calendar ● experience in working with documents – preparation, editing, deadline control ● experience in preparing presentations, reports, analytics ● Upper-Intermediate + level of English

How do you manage your working hours?

● standard working hours: from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. in an office format● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
