How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● developing the CEO’s communication strategy and communication plan (together with the department head and other units)● planning, coordinating and overseeing all CEO public communications (external and internal)● developing communication materials to support external communications (talking points, quotes, columns, briefing books, presentations, production briefs, etc.)● preparing and proactively pitching comments, materials, and columns to the media● preparing, briefing and supporting the CEO for media interviews and participation in external and internal events● managing the CEO’s social media communications and preparing relevant content● building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders (media, authorities, business associations, charitable foundations etc.) to support the CEO’s communication activities● overseeing photo and video shoots, as well as creating other multimedia content (internal and partner) involving the CEO● monitoring public activity, assessing communication effectiveness, reporting and archiving materials● determining and planning required resources and financial budgets to achieve targets● managing document workflow (contracts, payments, reports etc.)● regularly updating CEO-related information on digital resources (corporate website, Wikipedia, media profiles etc.)● analysing media trends, key topics, recurring columns, information landscape etc.

Challenges for three months:

● gaining a deep understanding of the Company’s business, internal processes, and policies● updating the CEO’s communication calendar for 2025/26● developing a stakeholder map for the CEO’s communications and Public Affairs● preparing a briefing book for conducting interviews with Tier-1 media● handling ongoing requests for comments and interviews● creating a section with the CEO’s regular columns on Tier-1 media websites● demonstrating systematic work, organisation, responsibility and effective time management

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 5 years of experience in communications or PR, either in-house or at an agency● higher education (management, marketing, communications, PR, economics, business, philology, journalism, sociology, psychology)● skills in copywriting, content creation, and editing● high proficiency in Ukrainian and English (both spoken and written)● being systematic, responsible, flexible, with critical thinking and strong managerial skills● ability to analyse results, evaluating media opportunities, and proactively proposing changes● proficiency with basic office tools: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint● basic understanding of how technology companies, the IT sector and the gig economy operate is an advantage
