regular performance & salary review

How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● analyzing potential markets for expansion opportunities● conducting market research and evaluating the market● gathering, systematizing, and presenting insights on global ride-hailing market trends● conducting business forecast calculations● closely cooperate with the top management of the company, local offices, and other business departments● analytic support for activities after launch● performing ad hoc tasks related to launching new markets

Challenges for three months:

● visiting 1-2 countries as part of the expansion analysis● testing the main business hypotheses on-site in these countries● to systematize the available information that is used for the analysis of new directions● analytics of the potential market and competitive analysis

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 3+ years of relevant work experience● advanced English level● understanding and practical experience of analytical foreign market analysis● understanding of basic business analysis methods● proficiency in Excel and with a solid understanding of P&L principles● cross-team management● be ready for business trips

How do you manage your working hours?

● Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
