How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● launch project management (project flow): building and maintaining the end-to-end launch plan, managing the calendar/roadmap, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of all deliverables● cross-functional coordination (core): running regular syncs, facilitating discussions, aligning on next steps, documenting decisions/owners/deadlines, and following up on agreed actions● analytics support for launches (targeted research): collecting and structuring focused data for specific business requests● stakeholder management (internal & external): driving communication with stakeholders, preparing executive-ready updates, managing approvals, and coordinating collaboration with external parties (partners/consultants/vendors) within the agreed launch plan● processes, playbooks, artefacts: developing and maintaining the launch playbook and other launch artefacts (templates, checklists, procedures), ensuring their adoption in projects and keeping them up to date● risk & blocker management: early identification of blockers, maintaining the risk & issue log, preparing solution options and escalations, ensuring resolution and documenting outcomes● operational support & reporting: establishing a transparent status reporting system (weekly/bi-weekly), performing quality control of documents/artefacts, and maintaining a single source of truth for the launch (documents, decisions, timelines, dependencies)● retrospectives & continuous improvement: facilitating retrospectives, capturing lessons learned, converting them into concrete process/checklist/template improvements, and implementing them in future launches

Challenges for three months:

● onboarding & business understanding: complete onboarding within three months, gain a deep understanding of the business and the expansion/launch logic, and learn team roles and cross-functional collaboration processes● on-the-ground experience: take part in at least one country trip within a greenlight / pre-launch phase, collect input from local stakeholders, and translate it into concrete updates to the plan and artefacts● artefacts & standards update: update and align with all functions the country assessment checklist (greenlight) and the country launch checklist (pre-launch → launch), and prepare final versions for team-wide use● core delivery infrastructure: set up and maintain a single source of truth for one active case (plan, dependencies, decisions, risks, statuses) and establish a regular cadence of syncs and status updates

Certainly, we will teach you, but it’s good to have:

● experience in project management within expansion initiatives● experience in ride-hailing, delivery, or related business domains

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 3+ years of experience in project management● strong project management skills: the ability to build launch plans and manage deadlines, dependencies, and priorities● a high level of organization and execution discipline: the ability to maintain the project rhythm, drive tasks to completion, and control follow-ups● strong stakeholder management skills: the ability to work with different stakeholder levels, facilitate discussions, build agreements, and escalate when needed● process and systems thinking: the ability to create and maintain playbooks, procedures, checklists, templates, and a single source of truth● risk management skills: the ability to identify blockers in a timely manner and structure solution options● basic analytical skills: the ability to gather targeted data on request, work with metrics/trackers, and support project reporting● advanced level of English
