How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:
● participate in the preparation of management and IFRS reporting packages: collecting, preparing and uploading all data to ensure timely and correct closing of the month, quarter, year● carry out analytical work with large amounts of data● consolidate Cash Flow using the direct method (preparation of CF for each consolidation unit ● calculate various reclassifications and adjustments, including intra-group turnover)● prepare Ad-hoc reports and presentations upon request
Challenges for three months:
● collect data and analyse it from various sources, structure the data, and enter it into the report independently● assist with the presentation at the end of the period● complete takeover of the process of preparing consolidated financial statements within the allocated sections● correct maintenance of the adjustment database in BAS ERP
To achieve the results, you will need:
● 2+ years of relevant experience in reporting (closing PL&CF&BS reports) or auditing● university degree (economics, finance, accounting and audit)● confident use of MS Office, Excel, BAS ERP or other accounting system● understanding of the basic principles of IFRS accounting and basic financial statements● experience in IT companies will be a significant advantage
How do you manage your working hours?
● Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
