How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● be responsible for the stability and growth of portfolio metrics (fleet activity, deliveries/orders, AOV/profitability, churn/retention, service quality) through the systematic work of the KAM team● develop an action plan for key segments (top/middle/risk) and ensure its implementation● manage the KAM team: goal setting, weekly performance review, regular 1:1, coaching, competence development, analysis of complex cases and escalations● audit the quality of managers’ work (portfolio discipline, follow-up, results, communication), identify gaps and strengthen the team through training and implementation of standards● research, design and launch new tools for interaction with parks (incentive programmes, commission/bonus mechanics, priorities, branding, special terms and conditions) – from hypothesis to scaling● create “value propositions” for key segments● regularly analyse competitors, look for market insights, and convert them into solutions for the product/terms and conditions of cooperation● conduct “market pulse” for management: short updates, risks, opportunities● optimise team processes: portfolio segmentation, contact cadence, partner management standards, communication templates, playbooks● ensure the relevance and quality of the unit's tools: scripts, regulations, documents, checklists, knowledge base● build a culture of effective interaction: “not just talking, but fixing agreements, deadlines, responsible parties and bringing them to fruition”● personally accompany to top partners: negotiations at the level of owners, negotiation of complex terms and conditions, crisis communications, retention of key supplies● hold regular business meetings with partners, record joint plans and monitor their implementation● be a driver or one of the key stakeholders in cross-team initiatives (CRM, Product, Pricing, Brand, Finance, Legal) on the part of Fleets● generate analytical materials for management: plan-fact, funnels, churn drivers, programme effectiveness, portfolio risks● control the correctness and timeliness of documents for Legal: preparation of packages, approval, and bringing them to signature● risk management● collect best practices by city/segment and scale them to the entire team (cases, templates, scripts, approaches to negotiations

Challenges for six months:

● onboarding into the company: structure, values, rules of interaction● onboarding into the team and understanding the business context● set up a team management system● conduct an audit of processes + formulate quick wins proposals● stabilise portfolio performance + predictability● establish a measurable business effect through initiatives/tools● build a systematic model for managing strategic partners● launch several cross-team projects● integrate into Fleets’ A3 strategy for 2026, communicate it to the team and ensure

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 2+ years of team management (Head/Lead) in B2B / Key Account / Partner Management● ability to manage a team through KPI/OKR, build plan-fact, forecast, identify drivers of deviations and launch corrective actions● real experience with metrics such as: retention/churn, activity, productivity, portfolio efficiency, quality of interaction/service● experience in managing top accounts/strategic partners: negotiations at the level of owners/CEO, QBR/MBR, development plans, escalations, crisis situations● ability to build long-term trusting relationships and agreements with partners● experience in optimising processes in the department (standardisation, regulations, playbooks, KPI-cadence, quality control)● ability to build a manageable team work plan (portfolio, activities, statuses, SLA communication).● proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel: pivot tables, formulas, macros, data quality control, basic models/calculations● experience with CRM systems (Net-Hunt/Salesforce/HubSpot/)● ability to prepare analytical conclusions and present them to management● competitive intelligence practice: data collection, hypothesis formation, solution proposals● experience in implementing tools/initiatives● experience in call quality / audits / coaching (telephony, scripts, communication standards) will be an advantage● experience in working with contracts/documents in partnership processes: correctness of packages, control of deadlines, interaction with Legal, bringing to signature● ability to work in a high-pressure environment, quickly prioritise and manage stakeholder expectations● high level of ownership
