How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● analysing, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to improve the efficiency of driver registration and interaction processes, as well as optimising communication workload (calls, chats)● participating in KPI analysis for experts, supervisors and projects to stimulate growth and productivity● participating in business metrics analysis (CAC, LTV, ARPU)
providing analytical support in report creation (developing and submitting technical specifications for report development)
● collecting, consolidating and analysing data to identify trends, growth opportunities and support strategic decisions and the driver base● actively participating in and providing operational support for projects aimed at expansion (20+ regions where driver registration takes place, individual entrepreneur project, referral program), and measuring the effectiveness of implemented changes in terms of their impact on growth● engaging in cross-functional collaboration (marketing, product teams) to align efforts aimed at product development

Challenges for three months:

● immersing and conducting an initial analysis: familiarizing with the product, processes and company standards● mastering all tools used by the department● analysing and auditing existing metrics and KPIs● identifying key weak points and generating ideas and proposals for their improvement● developing and implementing initial initiatives for optimising or improving processes● providing operational support to 1-2 growth projects: engaging in operational support of one of the existing projects (e.g., registration, individual entrepreneur project, referral program or expansion to one of 27 cities), collecting the necessary data, analysing it and providing recommendations for improvement

Certainly, we will teach you, but it’s good to have:

● a category “B” driving license and own car, as well as proactivity in analysing the driver segment in the transportation sector (performing trips to study competitors and operational principles)● experience in customer service (contact centre, etc.)

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 2+ years of experience in process improvement roles● experience in developing and monitoring KPIs and business metrics for operational or growth initiatives● the ability to work with large datasets: collecting, structuring, analysing and generating conclusions for making growth-oriented business decisions● the capability of identifying market trends, driver behaviour and operational opportunities to stimulate growth● experience in project management: planning, organising and implementing projects● presentation experience and skills, the ability to communicate information clearly and understandably to different audiences (from agents to management)● practical experience in using specialised software for task management, documentation, data visualisation and collaboration (Jira, Confluence, Tableau, Miro, Canva, Google Workspace or their equivalents)● English - B1+
