How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● searching and identifying opportunities for growth, creating hypotheses, and planning experiments● hypothesis generation: developing ideas to improve user experience and drive business growth● task decomposition for the team● managing the experiment backlog● incident management: supporting the team in resolving issues during experiment implementation● supporting teams: collaborating with developers, analysts, and the QA team to ensure a clear understanding of tasks● leading team rituals: grooming, demonstrations, retrospectives, etc. with a focus on alignment and continuous improvement● monitoring and analyzing experiment results to achieve goals● communicating with users: engaging in UX research to gain a deep understanding of their needs● responsibility for team efficiency and achieving positive ROTI and business goals

Challenges for six months:

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 2+ years of Product Management experience in a high-load B2C domain with a focus on product development through experimentation and improvement● experience in identifying product growth areas, prioritization, funnel optimization, and strategic alignment with company goals● experience in data analysis, understanding of product metrics, hypothesis testing, and conducting product experiments● experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing incidents, with a focus on effective communication with stakeholders● experience in maintaining documentation (BRD, US, UC) and decomposing tasks for the development team● Stakeholder Management experience● empathy for users and focus on business value

How do you manage your working hours?

● Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
