How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● develop and implement a marketing strategy for the ride-hailing business unit, combining sub-brand development and product marketing● analyse competitors’ strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation and positioning of the ride-hailing business unit● participate in annual/quarterly planning of marketing activities and analysis of the competitive environment● create and adapt value propositions for products and services based on customer insights● plan and implement creative communication projects in accordance with the approved marketing plan of the business unit● effectively manage team resources, including budget planning and control● organise team work and mentor specialists● track and analyse key performance indicators, KPIs of the entrusted unit,including the effectiveness of sub-brands and implemented projects● prepare and present regular reports on the team’s performance● act as a single point of contact between the ride-hailing business unit and the Brand & Loyalty Platform, CorpComms, and other teams, transforming business goals into clear terms of reference

Challenges for three** months:

● update for H2 2026 comprehensive marketing plans for both key audiences of Uklon ride-hailing - Driver and Rider, taking into account the specifics of their needs and behaviour● analyse and update the positioning of the ride-hailing product portfolio in accordance with market needs and the company’s strategic goals● ensure effective representation and achievement of Uklon Ride-Hailing goals within the scope of strategic brand campaigns● ensure effective implementation of tactical brand & product marketing activities● formulate a media strategy for the business unit in conjunction with the Brand & Loyalty Platform to maintain Uklon brand awareness (with a focus on ride-hailing) through various channels, including online and offline media● set up regular reporting and analysis of campaign performance at the business unit level● achieve KPIs for business results of the business unit brand● effectively manage the team

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 2+ years of experience in management positions● at least 5 years of experience in marketing (with a focus on brand and product marketing)● experience working with large-scale projects and brand campaigns, including working with creative agencies and content creation, engaging variouscommunication channels and evaluating their effectiveness● ability to effectively lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously● ability to respond quickly to changes and find effective solutions
high-level communication and presentation skills
