How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● be responsible for the overall growth strategy of the company in new markets through performance marketing tools (digital, CRM, pricing, BI)● coordinate the efforts of different departments to ensure effective expansion in new markets● work with product and marketing teams to adapt products, pricing strategies and cultural specifics● manage the marketing budget for expansion, ensuring return on investment (ROI) in new markets● use analytics and market feedback to adjust strategies, implement new approaches and initiatives to improve results● prepare and present regular reports on the team’s performance

Challenges for three months:

● getting to know key specialists in different departments to implement strategies in the new market● studying the competitive environment, trends, consumer behaviour in the expansion market available in the company's portfolio● studying and auditing the tools for achieving the current goals of the expansion project● studying and auditing short-term and long-term KPIs for expansion, including a monitoring and reporting system to track project results● developing an expert opinion based on the audit on tools and KPIs that should be retained/changed/improved for even greater growth in the expansion market

Challenges for six months:

● adjusting the strategy in the expansion market, if necessary, using the audit carried out in the first 3 months of work● launching campaigns in the expansion market, implementing localised marketing and product solutions in accordance with the updated strategy● evaluating the effectiveness of growth campaigns based on predefined KPIs● evaluating the return on investment (ROI) and finding solutions to optimise marketing activities to increase the efficiency of the expansion project

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 3+ years of experience in a managerial position● experience in planning the expansion/launch of products to new markets (building market strategies and identifying priority areas of work)● experience in effectively leading cross-functional teams and projects● strong analytical skills and the ability to transform data into practical conclusions● experience with both market and client-focused research and achieving client objectives

How do you manage your working hours?

● You determine a convenient time for yourself; However, in order to be efficient, we have business hours from 11:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m.● You choose a convenient format by yourself (office/remotely/mixed), work from any corner of Ukraine and the world● 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with remuneration)● day off on your birthday as a gift from the Company● day off for blood donation
