How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

- formulating and implementing a strategy for the development of internal IT services in line with the business strategy:● responsibility for maintaining and developing the internal IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud services and workstations● support and optimisation of business-critical systems, such as GitLab, HiBob, ZTA, and other key tools● ensuring uninterrupted operation of corporate services● management of IT assets, equipment and software licences
- ensuring the development and automation of business processes:● analysis, optimisation and automation of business processes to improve efficiency and productivity● implementation of new IT solutions to improve internal processes● documentation of systems and processes and development of solutions to automate routine operations - ensuring IT security:● implementing security policies and ensuring that internal systems comply with security standards and regulatory requirements● cooperation with Information Security to protect internal IT systems and corporate data - management of IT projects:● implementation of new IT solutions and technologies to support the company’s operations● ensuring the successful implementation of IT projects within budget and timeframes, including system upgrades and infrastructure scaling to meet the needs of a growing company
- management of subordinate areas: ● Internal IT Infrastructure Unit● Business Processes Unit - IT budget and cost management:● planning, optimisation and control of software, infrastructure and licence costs - people management:● ensuring a high level of qualification and motivation of the team, managing the development of the department's personnel

Challenges for six months:

● assess the current state of IT infrastructure and IT services● analyse current business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation● optimise costs for IT services and licences, improve transparency of asset management● formulate and align the IT strategy in line with the company’s overall strategy, identifying development priorities

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 7-10 years of experience in IT, including at least 5 years in senior positions in IT management● experience in managing large IT teams (35+ specialists) and managing complex infrastructure projects● knowledge of business process management tools (Jira, Confluence) and documentation systems● skills in analysing, optimising and automating business processes in several departments of the company● experience in implementing IT security, access control and data protection policies● experience in managing IT projects, including planning, resource allocation and execution control● experience in managing IT infrastructure, including system administration, network architecture and database management● understanding of cloud solutions, in particular AWS (will be an advantage)● experience in supporting Single-Sign On (SSO) and Identity Management (IAM) systems● access control (RBAC, ABAC) and automation of these processes● knowledge and practical experience in implementing ITSM processes and ITIL● strong leadership and management skills: ability to successfully lead a team, motivate employees and organise the effective work of the department● ability to make decisions based on data analysis and in accordance with the company's business goals
