How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

● organise and maintain an occupational health and safety management system● develop, update and implement instructions and internal documents on occupational health and safety● conduct introductory and periodic briefings for employees● monitor employees’ compliance with occupational health and safety requirements● participate in the investigation of accidents and incidents● assess occupational risks in the workplace● organise training and testing of knowledge on occupational health and safety● interact with regulatory authorities (State Labour Service) ● maintain and systematise occupational health and safety documentation

Challenges for three** months:

● carry out an initial assessment of the state of occupational health and safety in the company and identify the main risk areas● determine the list of mandatory documents and processes in accordance with the requirements of Ukrainian legislation● develop and implement a basic package of occupational health and safety documents (orders, instructions, logbooks)● organise introductory and initial briefings for employees● develop the basic elements of the occupational health and safety management system and prepare a plan for its further development

To achieve the results, you will need:

● 5+ years of experience as an occupational health and safety engineer● knowledge of Ukrainian legislation on occupational health and safety● experience in developing and implementing internal occupational health and safety instructions● experience in briefing and training of employees● experience of interaction with regulatory authorities (State Labour Service)● skills in risk assessment and accident investigation● experience in maintaining occupational health and safety documentation

How do you manage your working hours?

● Flexible schedule with required collaboration hours from 11:00 to 16:00● Days off with full compensation: 20 for personal needs, 10 for illness, 1 more on a birthday occasion (a gift from the company), up to 8 for blood donation
