How exactly you can influence the developmentof the Company:

—Call Centre and expansion countries:● coordinating internal communications for the Call Centre and expansion countries (currently Uzbekistan)● adapting corporate messages and campaigns to local contexts● ensuring two-way communication between HQ and local teams● collaborating with local HRG to align messages and maintain the Company’s tone of voice— Internal Initiatives and Communications:● organizing video shoots for internal communications, including writing scripts, collaborating with the camera operator, coordinating production and post-production● participating in preparing content for corporate campaigns● assisting in creating texts, announcements, and posts for internal channels● ensuring timely communication of all internal activities across HQ and locations● helping maintain a unified company information space

Challenges for three months:

● establishing an internal communications system in the expansion country: - conducting an audit of internal channels - systematising the content plan - launching 1-2 internal campaigns adapted for local offices● auditing internal communications in the Call Centre● supporting the test launch of the recognition programme

To achieve the results, you will need:

● at least 3 years of experience in internal communications● strong communication skills● creativity and unconventional thinking● self-discipline and responsibility● advanced level of English● experience in HR will be an advantage
